2.         After following the steps below on how to enable tuntap support on the vps, the tun device is still not working.

cat: /dev/net/tun: Operation not permitted

If your plan come with Free 16MB swap, tun/tap cannot be done via web panel, you need to create ticket to support dept. to add it manually.
