How to remote reboot your server

We're now (Jan 31, 2013) starting to add a "Remote Reboot" feature to the Client Area for your server(s), so you can basically do force reboot of your server(s) at anytime yourself, and instantly online. To do that, please follow below instructions:

1. Login to our Client Area
2. Go to Services menu > My Services
3. Look for the Products/Server you want to reboot
4. Click on the rectangle icon on left side of "View Details" (NOT the arrow down nor Addons)
5. Scroll down to bottom page, click "Power Off" then
6. WAIT 5-10 min
7. Then you click "Power On"

Please note: you should only click on the button once and wait as it can take anywhere up to 15 to 20 minutes for the process to complete. Most importantly, WAIT 5-10 min before you click Power On. Do NOT click Power On immediately.

Now if you do not see the options, please contact support to have that added for you.
