Feb 27th Fixes on New OpenVZ/New KVM Web Panel

1. Manage Media should now work (for KVM) so you can select/change ISO you want and change boot order
2. Bandwidth should now reset every 1st of the month

3. Ubuntu 15.10 64-bit Minimal
4. Slackware 13.37 64-bit Minimal
5. Suse Linux Enterprise Server 10.2 i586 Minimal

NOTE: This is only for New OpenVZ plans, not for any others.

Feb 9th New OpenVZ/KVM Addons issues

We've fixed the Addons issue not adding correctly, so all new Addons for our New OpenVZ/KVM is now get processed automatically, even after a reinstall.

For current/existing Addons that do not work, please create ticket to Support dept so we can fix it for you.
